As we continue the search for the property that fits your needs, I will accompany you on private showings to visit the ones that match.
Once you’ve found the property that is perfect, I will begin writing an offer based on the terms and pricing we decide. I will provide expertise with negotiating, and expert offer drafting.

When the day has come, and your dreams become a reality I’ll be reviewing all the paperwork to ensure everything is correct, coordinating cleaning or contractors on your behalf while you focus on finalizing your financing, and working with your lawyer for final review.
