  • Once you’ve decided you’re ready to buy, and have begun working with an agent, you should seek professional advice from a mortgage broker. They will work with you determine what you can afford, and the best mortgage products to suit your financing needs.

  • We will work together to determine exactly what you’re looking for whether that be a single family home, a condominium, land, or an investment property.

    Most importantly, location. We will work side by side to determine the neighbourhoods that you are interested in, and the ones you wish to discover.

    With all of this information, we then create your buyer profile, and begin the search toward your property!

  • As we continue the search for the property that fits your needs, I will accompany you on private showings to visit the ones that match.

    Once you’ve found the property that is perfect, I will begin writing an offer based on the terms and pricing we decide. I will provide expertise with negotiating, and expert offer drafting.

  • When the day has come, and your dreams become a reality I’ll be reviewing all the paperwork to ensure everything is correct, coordinating cleaning or contractors on your behalf while you focus on finalizing your financing, and working with your lawyer for final review.
